For all the Kravitz Concept products we offer a ‘30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee’ on all the jewelry purchased at www.kravitzconcept.com. You have 30 calendar days (starting from the day you receive the item) to return the product(s). For a refund, Kravitz Concept products must not show any signs of usage. As soon as the package arrives here, we will issue a full refund. Your refund will be credited to the same payment method you used to make the purchase.
Please note that, because we sell custom-made products we are not obliged by law to refund. However, we want 100% satisfied customers that is why, we do offer the ‘30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee’!

We recommend shipping your return product(s) via an insured ‘signature required’ delivery method. Please send an email to support@kravitzconcept.com regarding your refund, stating your order number.
