It is, of course, possible to ask to remove, add or switch metals. We can also change the colours of the stones in a bracelet. Keep in mind that we can only do a custom bracelet with the stones/metals and designs that you currently can find on the webshop.
Unfortunately, we do not have any physical stores, agents or outlets yet. It is very easy and safe to order our products online though! Just let us (firstname.lastname@example.org) know if you need any assistance.

When you have placed an order, it will take up to three business days to assemble your bracelet(s). For more information about this process, you can read the confirmation email you have received.
When your bracelet(s) is/are ready for shipment, you will receive an email with the track and trace code. If you didn't receive a track and trace code, it is possible the email ended up in the spam folder. If this is also not the case, please send an email to email@example.com so we can track your order for you and give you all the details regarding its status.
Keep in mind that we need to have a correct delivery address to fulfill your order.

We do not advise our customers to go into the shower with the bracelet. If you wash your hands, please be careful with soap on the bracelet. It can chemically react to the silver/gold. Nothing will happen if you take it on and off every day. Also, nothing will happen if it's in touch with water only! If you have a Silver bracelet, you can clean that from time to time with a Silver Cleaning Cloth. If you have a gold bracelet, you can clean the gold with a glasses cleaning cloth. Exchanging bracelets is possible. You have 30 calendar days (starting from the day you receive the item) to return the bracelet(s) for an exchange. Also, the bracelet must not show any signs of usage and the tag needs to be attached.
The fastest way of making the exchange is to return the bracelet that you currently have. As soon as it arrives here, we will issue a full refund. In the meantime, you can purchase the bracelet you like :) Please send an email to email@example.com for proper assistance.
For all the KRAVITZ Concept bracelets we offer a ‘30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee’ on all the bracelets purchased at www.kravitzconcept.com. You have 30 calendar days (starting from the day you receive the item) to return the bracelet(s). After 30 calendar days, refunding is not possible.
For a refund there must be no sign of usage. Your refund will be credited to the same payment method you used to make the purchase.
